Appalachia Digital is a software studio in the foothills of north central Pennsylvania, operated by Kelly Copley. When we say "we," "us," or "our," we mean Appalachia Digital. When we say "you," we mean anyone who visits our website or uses our services.

• Project Estimator: Project type, scope selections, timeline preference, budget range, name, email, and phone (optional)

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide solely to:

• Respond to your inquiry or project request
• Prepare project estimates and proposals
• Communicate about potential or ongoing work

That's it. No newsletters unless you ask. No cold emails. No passing your info along.

Our forms are processed by:

• Formspree — handles form submissions. Your data passes through their servers to reach us. See their privacy policy.

Our website is a static site. We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any other tracking or advertising tools.

Data Retention

We keep your contact information for as long as it's relevant to our business relationship. If you'd like us to delete your data, just ask — email kelly@appalachia.digital and we'll take care of it.
